First and foremost, FORCE sessions are suitable for both men and women of any level of experience and physical fitness who are focused on achieving serious strength gains and improvements in their physique.
Programming within these sessions ensures that those committed to giving their all develop the physical skill and capacity that will allow them to effectively and competently perform the key movement patterns that will enable them to perform the squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press with sound technique.
From the novice to the advanced performer, programming is predominantly based around barbell work, with accessory and supplementary exercises often incorporated using dumbbells and kettlebells.
Sessions are delivered in periodised phases to avoid over training/ injury, to ensure progression, to avoid frustrating plateau’s and to build the ultimate strong, athletic physique.
